As the founding UI/UX designer, shipped Ark's Bioprocess Copilot, an AI-powered B2B SaaS product that simulates bioprocess experiments for top 20 pharma clientele, by leading the product design process from concept to execution.
Conducted weekly user interviews with both customers and in-house scientists to iterate and refine simulation workflows.
Ensured UI design consistency by managing and styling React components directly in the frontend and creating a custom UI library.
Supported go-to-market brand efforts by designing and shipping the company website from scratch, shaping brand identity, and creating marketing collateral including pitch decks, motion graphics, and social media assets.
